Ok can someone tell me how to see my projected date I mailed Feb 26 received Feb 27th and received hard copy noa1 March 4th

Hello to everyone, I filed my K-1 visa Feb 12, 2013, received my NOA1 Feb 19, 2013. Received an E-mail update Feb 26, 2013 my A# was changed. I have been checking my case status daily, but still in initial review. Any idea what the timeframe might be? I live in CA my fiance is in Mexico.

Hello to everyone, I filed my K-1 visa Feb 12, 2013, received my NOA1 Feb 19, 2013. Received an E-mail update Feb 26, 2013 my A# was changed. I have been checking my case status daily, but still in initial review. Any idea what the timeframe might be? I live in CA my fiance is in Mexico.

I filed on Feb 15, 2013 and based on my timeline data, my I129f may be adjudicated between September 22, 2013 and October 13, 2013*. These dates are an estimate based on the time frames of other people's approvals/processing times here on VisaJourney.

I actually saw those January approvals on Igor's list from yesterday. Although they were the odd duck and mostly surrounded by November filers, it was nice to see. I mean, January 3 is only 38 days before my date. That's just kinda cool. I still am not "expecting" my NOA2 until August (ish) but I will take it sooner without hesitation

I don't expect that much so i won't get disappointed. Ours might be processed by September but I'll be more than happy if by July we'll get our approval. :)

I'm with you there. I am really trying not to "expect" the NOA2 at any given point, but I am preparing for it to come in August and am mentally prepared for it to be as late as October. This way I don't get overly anxious. At least that's the plan. We'll see how that works out when the time gets closer

Hello fellow February filers! Received the hard copy of my NOA1 on February 15th which makes this wait time just about 3 months and counting! Nice to see some January filers and their approvals. Just a little encouragement to keep us going kicking.gif
