We got our NA02 on Aug 6th . How long is it taking petitions to reach NVC with Texas transfers ?

I was with csc, and mine took about a week. I know others with Texas took between 2 weeks and a month.

I would call NVC and see if they have received it. Don't email them, I did and it took about 2 weeks to reply (they replied the day before my interview).

Just an update...

My visa was approved on August 9, in hand on August 15 and I know I broke the cardinal rule by giving notice at my job before my interview (I couldn't help it, I was too excited!). But by doing so, I was able to move as soon as I got my visa... Not that I should be recommending this to anyone lol.

I moved to the USA yesterday. I didn't have any problems at the poe, easy peasy. I hope that everyone else's journey can be just as smooth.

I am so happy to be able to live with Carl, and not have to return home in a couple of days.

I really hope that everyone will be with their loved one soon!

Just an update...

My manila case arrived...already have the hard copy... I prepared the necessary docs....and just bout to pay the fee.... Then he suddenly have a change of heart, august 16, it was bright and sunny morning... That he finally told me why i should not pay and sched the interview,,,, (i knew it even before he said it....but i have hoped im wrong) he said " i am not ready to enter another marriage again" i feel so depressed, down, losing so much weight.... I told him to just end things... That he should maybe find someone whos more worthy of him and his name" but he said he wont, he still want a lifetime with me,,,, he doesnt want to end things... And still want a lifetime with me.... I dont know anymore....im so helpless:((

Wow things sure went quickly for you. I thought we were doing well to have an interview scheduled and possible wedding plans for early October, but you just zoomed right through. Congratulations. I'm happy everything went so well. Oh and welcome to America :)

"Return travel document shipment notice" with a DX tracking number.

So they do actually use the email on file. I gave them hers and mine when I got the number from NVC and they've never sent a thing. I was starting to wonder what the point was lol
