Finally! I'll start calling in about a week to get our case #.  The wait from NOA1 - NOA2 was painful, but now its nice to get an update every few weeks. :)

On August 1, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

My I-129F has just been approved last July 29, 2013.



Congratulations to everyone who got approved too!


January 16, 2013 - Signed up for rapidvisa

January 25, 2013 - Mailed rapidvisa our documents,forms,etc

January 28, 2013 - rapidvisa received our docs,

January 29, 2013 - rapidvisa sent our application to TX

February 5, 2013 - Email Notification for NOA1

February 7, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed

February 9, 2013 - NOA1 Hard Copy

July 29, 2013 - NOA 2

August 14, 2013 - MNL Case No. given by NVC via Phone

September 11, 2013- Received Letter from US Embassy

September 12, 2013 - Pay US K1 Visa Fee

If any of the Feb filers could start posting up here too when they get their notifications through NVC also and their local consulate/packet 3 stuff we should be able to track things through together smile.png and give a few of us some hope that the next stage of the process is faster than the first leg!

I am done filling up paper works...just waiting for my case number....

Great! .... I haven't seen the forms that i need to fill out maybe i should also start doing my paperwork. :D

That's alright. It's best to be always ready. I'll do that too. Right now i am at the airport waiting for my flight to Brazil.

I filed in Febuary too, got NOA1 Feb 5,

noa2 July 5 (I was one of the bunch originally sent to VSC, but transferred to TSC)

got a letter today that the NVC sent my petition to the embassy on July 26,

I was told it would take weeks to get my case number from the NVC, but called them twice a week anyway, and they gave me a case number last week on the phone, so I would keep calling them! We scheduled his interview for September 20th! So very excited!

I got my fiance to call NVC to see if our paperwork had been shipped by USCIS and confirmed at NVC - it had been confirmed the day he rang. It took exactly 2 weeks from the date we were notified by USCIS that our paperwork had been shipped to NVC to it being confirmed at NVC. Just thought it might be useful info for others. Now it will be interesting to see how long it takes to 1. get our application number assigned 2. shipped to the Sydney, Australian consulate. 3. Packet 3 information to arrive.
