Dianne/Timmy I just realized we have the same timeline (noa1on 02-21-2013 and case transferred on 06-21-2013).

We are also left out... Good luck to us!! Eventually the noa2 will come... :/

I really wonder why they taking so long...tom we hit our 5th month.... Its his rest day on tuesday and he told me hes going to contact his senators...i hope by doing that it will speed up everything

i wouldnt worry about it too much i got my noa2 at around 5.1 months, it should be processed soon! dont give up!

I know how you feel! specially im a january filer and i saw people in feb getting approved and what not, but just hang in there!

So its been officially 5 mos and 1day since noa1... I tried to input my number for e request online and it will now let me do it...is there anyone else here that have done e request? I didnt finish it as i want timmy to answer the questions found on that page... Uggghhh..

I filed an e-request last week. Hope to hear from the USCIS soon regarding our case.

Guys, we got our NOA2!!!! smile.png)

After a period of frustration and tears (I bet you all realized it)... My fiancé had a meeting with his congressman's assistant today, he told me they talked a lot and it was really good, the guy seemed to be willing to help and so they went to the congressman's office and his assistant called USCIS (TSC), he gave them our case number and talked for awhile. When he hung up the phone he said our case had been assigned to an officer and they said it could take 30 days for a decision, but the assistant said it usually takes one week when he requires a position from USCIS... About 6 hours later my fiancé got a text and email.

It can be just a coincidence, but it doesn't hurt to try. Contact your congressman or senator!!

PS. I had checked it an hour before and I just couldn't believe it...

haha I actually typed it wrong at first, I was looking at the case before ours and didn't believe him cause it said "transferred and blablabla" I got disappointed until I realize I was looking at the wrong case then I freaked out Lol

Wow congrats to the approvals as for me...im still left out... sad.png( so sad to have this

Make sure your fiancé talks to his congressman and have faith! I really know how you feel, my fiance couldn't see me anymore upset with this... I believe that meeting really helped us.

We got an email & text today saying "On July 22, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

We still never got an email, text or hard copy in the mail regarding our NOA2 but i don't really care anymore! At least our paperwork is on the move. I may just get the packet 3 info before I leave for the US on the 6th Sept! Fingers crossed!

It seems like the 5 month mark is dead on the money regarding time for processing etc. Those that are still waiting, be patient (says the most impatient person ever). Hang in there, they seem to be plugging through them now.

Just make sure you get the NOA2 hard copy in the future. You'll need it for adjustment of status.

• Feb 22, 2013 – I-129F mailed via FedEx
• Feb 25, 2013 – USCIS Dallas Lockbox received
• Feb 27, 2013 – NOA1 date (CSC)
• Mar 04, 2013 – NOA1 hardcopy in mail

• Aug 07, 2013 – NOA2 (161 days)

• Aug 10, 2013 – NOA2 hardcopy in mail

• Sep 04, 2013 – file sent out from CSC

• Sep 12, 2013 – NVC assigned TKY case #

• Sep 13, 2013 – file in transit to TKY from NVC

• Sep 16, 2013 – CEAC site case status "READY"

• Oct 21, 2013 – Interview at Tokyo Embassy, approved in 3 minutes (236 days since NOA1)

• Oct 21, 2013 – CEAC site case status "Administrative Processing"

• Oct 22, 2013 – CEAC site case status "Issued"

• Oct 23, 2013 – K-1 visa delivered at around noon
