Hey everyone,

my case was transferred on june 21st from vsc to tsc. I just received an email stating:

The i129 petition for fiance was transferred and is now being processed at a uscis office. Does this mean it was transferred back to vsc?

any thoughts?

I received the same notice. I received a letter in the mail stating my petition was in texas. So, your petition may be there as well.

Sounds like you are saying that you got a transfer notice on June 21 and then another transfer notice today (July 2). Is this correct?

If so, then I'd guess that the transferred files are actually now at the TSC and the first notice was when it was first appointed to be transferred and the latest may be saying that it has made it to the destination.

Not 100% on this, but it sounds about right.

I just got a transfer notice on June 21st . Then got the message you got on June 27th . Still no notice of where it went . I am guessing it is in Texas from previous postings on here from the last batch that was moved out of VSC .

On the 21st I learned that I had been transferred to another office, Then 3 days later I received in the mail a letter saying that it had been transferred to TSC. Now today I received another email saying the case has transferred to a uscis office. I thought the letter stating it was transferred to TSC was the confirmation of transfer?

It's really hard to say for sure. Maybe you could find one of the threads from the previous transfer (there were a bunch in late may from Dec/Jan that had the same thing done. Perhaps one of them could explain the way they received their notices and see if it matches up to what's happening this time.

I think there were some threads in the Service Center Forum, and I know there are quite a few in this NVC thread who had the original transfer from TSC

I received my noa2 today. I was transferred from vsc to tsc on Jun 21st. I had to share this with my fellow February filers. It looks like tsc is moving along!!

My I-129F has just been approved. I am a Feb 8 filer transferred from VSC to TSC on June 21.

The other applications around mine are approved or RFE
