01-15-2013: Mailed package to Texas

01-17-2013:package got to lewisville,Texas

01-23-2013:NOA1 in email

01-29-2013: got notification that alien number has been changed

01-30-2013:NOA1 hardcopy

01-31-2013:requested expedite

02-05-2013: sent needed documents for expedite

02-08-2013: approval of k1

02-14-2013: NOA2 hardcopy

Im soo excited and can't wait to get an appointment date so i know i'll be seeing my luv veru soon! Goodluck to all of us

I'm also a February 2013 filer. Nice to see this group, maybe we can keep each other sane while going through this process. I'm so glad I have another trip to the Philippines in April/May for 3 weeks, it will definately help. Good luck everyone, keep in touch.

Finally got everything sent off today... the weight lifted off my shoulders by getting this done is amazing! I just can't help but feeling like I forgot something... guess that comes from stressing over every little detail of every part of the packet for days and days... ;/

Ours was also received last Monday Jan 4 but no NOA1 yet. Maybe we need to wait for a week to have NOA1. Good luck to all of us!

We haven't received ours yet. According to the post, our packet was delivered a week ago. We had attached the form for text and email notification but nothing until now so I guess we'll have to wait for the hard copy, which can take up to two weeks as I've heard

Yes, my fiance has the hard copy. We didn't know how long before it was delivered because he was out of the country when it was delivered. He sent the paper work k before he left to South Africa for work and he got the NOA1 hard copy after he got back to US... Maybe your NOA1 will be there soon. Good luck to all of us!

I sent my I-129F on the 15th, delivered 19th, I have a case number and website is showing initial review. Email was from the lockbox and they said they were forwarding to California.

Sent my I129-F package on 2/11, received in Dallas on 2/13, NOA 1 on 2/15. Text on 2/19 and received hard copy on 2/23 in the mail.

Our check was already cashed two weeks ago but so far no NOA1 hard copy. No text or email notification either.

But as long as the check is cashed we should be in the system right?

I've heard people say that they never received a text or an email when filing the form, but eventually got their NOA1. It's possible, perhaps you sent the form, unsigned, undated, illegible or misspelled email and/or phone number.

The good news though is from all my reading, I've not come across anyone who had their check cashed who never received their NOA1, so I'd say the chances are really good that you will make it through that first stage at least.

Once you have your NOA1, you should be able to take your case number and set up your online information with that.

Hi everyone! My fiance and I are February 2013 filers as well. I sent it via USPS Express Mail last February 22nd, tracked it and it has been delivered, just patiently(???) waiting for NOA1. May God bless us all! Hope we can all continue to update each other, it feels awesome to have people I can talk to who are going through the same process as I am(with my fiance).
