02/05/2013 - Notified the alien registration number has been changed

07/01/2013 - USCIS website page for my case updated - K1 Petition Approved, NOA2 mailed

07/15/2013 - Visa paperwork arrived at NVC

07/23/2013 - Visa paperwork arrived at U.S. Embassy in Tokyo - Packet 3 mailed

08/12/2013 - Interview at U.S. Embassy scheduled for 9:00 a.m. - APPROVED!!!!
08/29/2013 - Flight booked for U.S.

10/05/2013 - Wedding date planned

My timmy got the transfer notice in the mail today, it says that our case is transferred to texas...(from june 21 transfer)I hope that we wont late too long:)

We received our confirmation letter in the post today regarding our application being transferred (the follow up to the email we received last week). The initial email had no information regarding where it was going - the misleading "local office" isn't local at all. We have now found out that it WAS at Vermont and has been sent to Texas! Here is hoping for speedy processing and a NOA2 in the next month!

Just received hard copy stated that transferred (transferred notice by email on June 21,2013) to TSC with A# updated.

Same here. Got a letter in mail few days ago that said that On June 21, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed

I filed in end of Feb 2013. I hope this transfer will expedite the process. Can't wait to get my NOA2 :) Good luck to everyone here!!!

Feb 16, 2013 - Case Accepted and sent to USCIS Vermont Service Center for processing
Feb 23, 2013 - Form I-797C, Notice of Action received. (NOA1)

June 26, 2013 - Application transfereed to Texas processing center

Well another week finished. Hopefully next week will bring good news to those of us still waiting. With 4th of July coming up many USCIS employees may take friday off to get a 4 day weekend. Look for approvals Monday-Wednesday.

Hey, just wanted to update my case.

I was approved from CSC on the 20th and just got received at NVC on Friday the 29th. Now waiting for them to send it to London, but we have the case number so we can start getting ready now.

I wish I had all of your luck. I was hoping we'd get our approval in June... Really hoping July will be the month, but since CSC has slowed to the "normal" crawl, doesn't look like the rest of us CSCs will be seeing an approval anytime soon. Nothing we can do but wait while this ####### system continues to approve things at the pace of a fat man in a foot race. Serious BS all of us have to float in NOA2 limbo. Big middle finger to this system.
