I just talked to a friend who I just found out is a contractor at the VSC and they said that more adjudicators have been hired so I hope it does mean that the people who weren't transferred have a shorter wait!

alot of us has been transferred even january 2013 filers that i follow got the same email! but now i know that our case are being processed which is a good feeling...

The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed."

I know other people have gotten these too...where do they transfer too? I live in Michigan and it was at the VSC. From here to they notify you when the local office receives it so you know where it is?

It's going to Texas, not Local office.

I received an email on June 6, 2013 that I was sent an RFE, got the hardcopy on June 10, 2013. Had to send in Intent to Marry letters and both my divorce decrees. I sent them on June 18, 2013. Hope it's not too much longer for answer. Anyone know about how much time I might have to wait to hear anything from USCIS?

A lot of us February filers have been transferred. Hopefully to texas. Ive looked at the timelines of the dec/jan filers who were transferred to texas and a lot of them received a noa2 within two weeks. This transfer could be good for us.

Hey guys, am I the only one checking my account on USCIS daily even though we filed in Feb and we're not likely to get our NOA2 for months?..I'm not crazy...right guys?

I too had an RFE from California. My timeline is in my signature. Watching others, it seems that 6-21 days from the time you get the notice saying they received the requested information the approval generally comes through. Mine took 8 days.
