wow!! 10 approvals on VSC in one day?! I'm impressed! If they continue approving at least half of this every day I'll be so happy. This whole waiting thing is depressive but I got a little excited when I saw Igor's list.

Can't help but notice of the ten approved yesterday and the four approved today, some of them seem obvious expedites judging by the NOA1 date, and the rest have NOA1 dates of December. One approval from today was NOA1 2/14.

Part of that I believe are Texas transfers finally being approved .

By the way my VJ guesstimate for NOA2 says it may be approved between 16 to 23 June. It's next Sunday, ha ha.

NOA1 is 27th Feb.

Has early Feb filers gone past this expected range?

• Mar 04, 2013 – NOA1 hardcopy in mail

• Sep 12, 2013 – NVC assigned TKY case #

Hi,

The CSC received my RFE response on June 6, several days after I mailed it to them via cert. mail. NOA2 notice came via website around 6pm PST On June 19. The RFE requested a proof of personal meeting in Russia. I mailed them a copy of my Russian passport with my entrance/exit stamps (i am a dual citizen) and credit card statements showing me spending money in a city in Russia.

Thanks for the info and congrats on your NOA2.....I'm about 6 days behind you, and it seems like 10 - 21 days has been what I've been seeing and yours fits right in that timeline. Best of luck to you on the rest of your process.
