Seen a january filer that got approved from vermont... Said they asked help from senator(maryland) then 2 days later, got their noa2.... Makes me wonder should we do the same too? It really makes me happy to see most of filers getting approved but at the same time gets sad because others(including me) want to have our approvals as well.oh God, please help us...

My fiancé and I took that as inspiration to write to our congressman. We really aren't getting our hopes up, I'm sure they're just going to tell us to wait. But we figured if it worked for one person, it can't hurt to try?

Hi February filers! I am extremely glad to have this support group to keep our hearts warm.

Our NOA2 was approved on Monday! Apart from thanking Jesus, would also love to give thanks to all here. Though I don't post much, I get encouragement through all your posts here. Anyway, to those yet to receive the approval, I believe this month is our month! Don't give up there! My fiance and I were quarreling about a possible RFE yesterday without knowing our case status was changed the day before. Funny how things turned out when we least expected. Good luck!

I posted a few days ago that I saw the case status before mine getting approved.

I decided today to check the status right after I woke up, to my surprise! NOA1 was 14/2/2013 (a week short of 4 months)

On June 6, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

But we haven´t gotten a txt or an email. Just waiting for the written one by mail next week.

Congrats....when I got notice of my RFE they never texted me, although they did email me. Thing is, I know they have my text number in the system because they did text me to update me when they originally gave me my WAC number. I think their system has serious glitches with the alerts.

I hear you! I feel like I should drive there everyday and ask. It'll annoy them into motion! That's if I can get through the security :P

That must be a strange feeling. I'd probably stand across the street and stare at the building all day in my attempt to develop X-ray vision. Eventually all the employees would get used to me being there, like a fixture. So, just to mess with them, I would change my position by one centimeter each day.
