Plz help confuse with the eligibility!

Hey guys,

Recently I got approved for ROC. Hers is the timeline for my immigration journey

Marriage date: 06/12/2010

Conditional green card date: 10/21/2010

Applied for ROC: 07/25/2012

Approved for 10 year GC: 01/29/2013

My question is since I got my green card throuh marriage. Can I apply for citizenship prior the third anniversary of GC or have to apply after the third anniversary of my green card. Since my adjustment of status I haven't travelled but hopefully I will be going out of country for couple of weeks. If you guys can give me exact date when I can apply it would be really helpful. Thanks for taking time to read my post and any help would be appreciated.
