Hello Visa Journey family

I am new for this site need your help regarding my Over 21 unmarried son`s visa help.I recived email from NVC stated that I have to pay $88 fee for my un-married son`s case fee, But my both son living in Euorpe without paper means illegal.Both son lost passport, how they go back home country India without passport , how about us embassy interview have to face some kind problem , what we can do now ? Have any good idea or suggesstion regarding this kind situation let me know please thanks Appreciate

Have them contact the Indian Embassy for help reissuing their passports.

They will not even be granted interviews for their US visas if they do not send in their passports.

No passports = incomplete applications = no interviews = no visas.

Two issues:

- they need a passport to get the visa in it.

- they need to be legally resident where they interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
