Hello Everyone!!

I have a question. I've been looking at the AOS timelines and I observed that most of Biometrics appoinment were given after a few weeks from NOA and the appointment were just about a month later. My husband haven't receieve his appointment letter and the 9th of this month will be a month of sending A. Is there any way that I can investigate that? Should I need to be worried? I don't want him to loose it and then have problems. Please help me with your experience. And Good luck in your journey. :)

Try to relax a little, from your timeline: your NOA was on 14 January. It seems that the AOS process is currently taking a little longer. Some folks experience timelines as you describe, others are much later. Check other recent AOS Progress Report threads.

Hang in there, hopefully you will have some news soon.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
