I agree that a lot people applying for visas have children, and Im also 100% sure that all of them would use any possible avenue to not be apart

from them. Possibly you don't have children so maybe you don't understand what it's like to not be with him/her or in my case haven't had the opportunity

to have held her etc. In short like anyone else on the planet I'll be doing whats best to bring my family to one place. If I apply and its accepted good for us. As far as your emoji...get over it!!!!

Of course parents want to be with their children. However, simply wanting to be with your child is not grounds for expedite. Not even close.

What's best for you and your family is for you to do the paperwork properly, get ready for their arrival in 8-10 months if everything goes well. That's what's best. Not filing for things you will be denied for. Have you read what meets the requirements for expedite? It's pretty serious stuff. And even people who DO have valid cases still get denied.

You will not be accepted. And that's not me being rude, that's me telling you the truth.

People spend 5-9 months complaining about the wait, wanting an expedite, etc ... only to be approved and then post "NOW WHAT DO I DO?!" threads. Do your research while you wait, make sure the beneficiary knows what to expect, get your life in order because someone is uprooting theirs for you. In terms of your relationship, this visa process is very short and very minor.

Hello all, I just filed my i129f on January 28th, and was curious as to what the average time period is from i129f to Visa? considering there are no hiccups(fingers crossed). Thanks in advance!!!

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)
