making the interview appointment

Hi all, I just went online to try and make an online appointment. What do you have to click on to set up the appointment? Also I read somewhere that if you take to long to pick a date it can lock you out. Is this true or has it been fixed?

Did you already create the username and password on this site: http://cgifederal.force.com/

Then just follow the link: Schedule Appointment -> Select visa category -> Choose one of the clickable dates. Good luck!
