My husband received his Police Clearance Certificate from Malaysia on June 2012. Then in September he went to the passport office and applied for a new passport. The reason to why is because his passport had his old home address so he had to change it to the current address he is living in(INDIA). So he got the passport with a new number. He hasn't traveled anywhere with the new passport however the Malaysian PCC is in his old passport number. Is it still valid to send in the PCC or would I have to get a new one in his new passport? He stayed in Malaysia for 3-4 years under his old passport. What should I do? If anyone can answer this, it would be really helpful. Thank you!

You don't require new PCC for new passport. Make sure to bring old passport at the time of interview. In his new passport, they already have linked his old passport number.
