I hope somebody can help me on this one. A very close friend of mine filed the I-130 for her and her daughter after getting married to an American here in the US. But when she filled her I-485 out and all, she didn't include her daughter on the form. Now she has a pending AOS (she already got her Work Permit) and her daughter still needs to apply for her own I-485. My question is, does her daughter need to file any other form besides I-485/I-765/G-325A????

(The daughter came here in the US with a tourist visa and is still here)

Thank you so much. I hope I explained it right.

Third hand is no way for your friend to get information. She's already made at least one mistake; don't compound it.

The best thing she can do is find Catholic Charities or another immigrant's assistance organization. They don't really need a lawyer, but they need some competent help.
