Choosing between Fiancee K-1 Visa, Spousal K-3 Visa or Spousal CR-1 Visas?

Hello everyone just want to ask which is the better way to go between Fiancee K-1 Visa, Spousal K-3 Visa or Spousal CR-1 Visas?

That depends on your personal circumstances, such as is it important to one of the couple to get married in their home country, be that USA or abroad? Is it more important to be together asap (the K1 is a little quicker), or to be able to work when you get to the USA and travel in case of family emergency?

It all depends. I am doing the K1. But I have read on many places that the CR1 is more efficient because as you're filing, you're also filing to adjust status and of course, you are already married. While the k1, you have to wait to marry, then file for AOS...

The IR-1, I think is the best choice, but you have to be married for 2 years before you qualify for that one. As has been said with the CR-1, more of the hurdles are jumped and you are ready to live once you get into the county. That one is also a little cheaper, and you are already finished with part of the process that the people with the K-1 Visa still have to complete. The K-1 even though it is a little more expensive gets you in the country faster if that is what is important to you. If you can go for the CR-1, and visit your loved one periodically, I think that is the best choice, but then some people have more money than time, while other people have more time than money, so it all depends on what fulfills your needs.

Incorrect, when a US citizen files petition on behalf of a spouse, there is no filing to adjust status at any time.

CR-1 and IR-1 visa holders receive their green cards shortly after arrival (the visa endorsed by a CBP entry stamp acts as a temporary green card in the interim).
