I GOT APPROVED!!!! yesterday at the end of the day!!!!

Thank you guys for helping in every way i gotta admit VJ even helped with my anxiety!

And its not over still got a lot of road ahead of me and ill still be praying for us!!

Whoever wants to know:

NOA1 on february 28th.

Transfer on october 23rd.

Approved on november 25th.

Wow!!! congrats!, we have the same NOA1 date. Sure hope I get mine soon if not today....

My petition for my stepson got approved 2/27/13. So happy for that! I thought that my husband's petition will be the day after since my stepson's petition was approved late in the day. But it didn't come yesterday Friday. Anyway, hoping I'll get his approval early next week. I hope there is no problem with it since USCIS approved his son's anyway and their priority date is 2/28/13.. anyone here on VJ with the same issue? Just wondering... But yeah, got 1 approval out of 2!!!

Pls help me. The USCIS sent us this but we do not know what evidence they want. or we should wait for the mail.

Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail.

I do not know if they touched our files bec our congressman sent them a letter and they replied back to the congressman. The following day we received this message. My husband checked his mail box but nothing yet. Maybe 2 more days before he can receive it. We waited for 10 months then we got this RFE. But my husband and friends here always give me hope. Thanks so much I will update what evidence do they need and the result after sending the evidence they need. Have a great day and god bless to all my VJ friends.

You are welcome .Actualy we are in the same boat ,we are still waiting i'm Feb filler too almost 10 months, 23 days wich means almost 11 months that is really sucks if you go to timeline you will find May filler already approved what really sucks more after all that wait you get RFE .God bless evrything will be fine .
