Yours is at nebraska.. I got the 3 same letters like yours..

Congrats Annie1!! I am really happy for you. So your case got approved at a local office or at Nebraska? The last status you got was your case was transferred to a USCIS office, not a local one, correct? And that was what the hard copy said? So I am wondering why you think your case got approved at a local office..Sorry, I think I am totally confused smile.png

I got the 3 notices too:

-being transferred to another office

-being transferred to local office

-transferred to a USCIS office

-hardcopy that it got transferred to Nebraska with a 60 day supplemental

So, is mine at a local office or at Nebraska?

ur statuses are same as what i received. The hard copy is the first notice that nbc sent out it was sent out with first transfer status and u probably received it later, thats why its called snail mail. i received the hard copy after the status changes. Look at the date on the letter to match the status change dates.

ur case is most likely at local office.

hi guys, Since I have been reading peoples file have been approving, Im getting

hope that my husbands file will open soon. I had went to Infopass appt and I

got same information that files are being transferred for processing,hopefully no

delays occur anymore, please let me know if there is any other thing I need to know my

file is transferred to Texas, So hopefully get good news soon, Thnx guys for all the info.

I just called Tier 2 and she told me the case is at the Nebraska Service Center.. She said they were experiencing a lot of delays at NBC..yeah..no shyt Einstein :)

I just looked at my 797C, the one with the Transfer Notice, and the Priority Date field is BLANK. Can anyone whose case got transferred confirm the same please?
