Its been more than 3.5 months already ClockWatch2.gif .. no response on i130 approval yet.. anyway to expedite? please help.

Not us. Today is 4 months and waiting.

wow i just had a look at the timeline. im surprised at how many have been approved so far. up until feb 19 most have been approved..i would say 93%.

wow i just had a look at the timeline. im surprised at how many have been approved so far. up until feb 19 most have been approved..i would say 93%.

I received an e-mail today!!!

My petition was approved.

I had to resend a copy of my wife's birth certificate ( official one not a xerox copy ) and a copy of my naturalization paper two weeks ago. Then I got this e-mail today.

On June 14, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Had Great News Today, after USCIS sitting on my case for 4 weeks, had my congressman and senator involved. They finally sent my cases to the NVC last week. Today i got an email from the Congressman Office forwarding me an email from NVC with the Assigned NVC case Numbers!!!

Thats real good news. Hoping for mine by the end of this month.

My wife and I's timeline looks similar to yours. Holding out hope for the end of this month. I'm going to visit her the first week of July..would be an amazing present to us both to be able to celebrate a NOA2 together!

11/7/2013 NVC sent emails with case number.
11/7/2013 Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill
11/11/2013 Paid I-184 Bill
11/18/2013 Paid IV Application Processing Fees
03/03/2014 DS-260 was submitted online
03/03/2014 Submitted supporting documentation for I-864 and DS-260 (IV Package and AOS supporting documentation)
03/19/2014 Received receipt e-mails stating the documents for both I-864 and DS-260 had been attached to the case. Stated to wait up to 20 business days for processing
03/26/2014 Received a checklist regarding the birth certificate. This was previously provided in an email. Investigating what was wrong with the birth certificate.
03/26/2014 Called the NVC and was told this was likely because we accidentally submitted a "short form" birth certificate rather than a "long form", but we knew that wasn't the case.
03/26/2014 Wife called back to NVC and they told her that it was because the form was "too decorative". The lady on the phone told her to wait 25 days as she'll forward it to a supervisor.
04/04/2014 Email received with a CASE COMPLETE notification and P4 interview letter.
05/21/2014 Scheduled Interview Date.
5/21/2014 VISA APPROVED!!!!
07/04/2014 Sent renewed passport to Montreal consulate for visa placement due to old passport expiring.
07/18/2014 Visa status set to "Issued" on CEAC website.
09/29/2014 Entry to the United States.

09/12/2016 I-751 Filed to California Service Center
09/16/2016 I-751 NOA1 Recieved, Green Card Extended 1 Year
10/13/2016 Biometrics screening completed

WOW! Thanks for the link. The last to be approved (NOA2 on 6/15) was sent on Feb 21st, with NOA1 on Feb 28th.

Gives me hope I may receive my NOA2 within the next 2 - 3 weeks.
