I have no idea .. I'm putting it down to prayer and good luck ...

Nothing special that I can think of ... he lives and work in Texas ... I live and study in England .. We sent off minimal evidence just a marriage certificate and a couple of wedding pics (I was VERY worried about this .. I only found this site after we'd sent it off). I'm just soooo happy because it was really making me ill ... Now I just need to get though final exams :) ... and the medical/interview :unsure:

03/01/13 - Married (officially)

02/08/13 - Sent I-130 to Pheonix Lockbox

02/11/13 - I-130 delivered

02/13/13 - NOA1 hard copy

04/08/13 - NOA2 Email !!!

Welcome to the even more confusing world of NVC :)

Ahh yes NVC .. I'm not worrying about that till I get back home (house sitting for my mum till Saturday).. Got all my paper work ready .. just hope husband does as he's told when he's told :P. .. The automated line no longer exists ??? Is that right ?

10/1/13 - Received Documentation of Approval

8/8/13 - Visa Interview
02/19/13 - Sent I-130 to Chicago Lockbox
02/28/13 - I-130 delivered
03/01/13 - NOA1, routed to NBC
03/12/13 - NOA1 Hard copy received
04/10/13 - NOA2, received approval confirmation by telephoning USCIS and case/approval finally showed up online

Hi Guys,

Its been 42 days since my NOA1 was approved and I still cant view my case online. How much longer should I wait before I call USCIS? Thanks!

my case was transferred 35 days after it arrived at nbc.. so give it a month and a half minimum is my guess. i only found out about the transfer after i called since i am unable to view my case status online

1/3/2013 I-129F cancelled
1/29/2013 withdrawal notice received
2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office

4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

Well today talked with USCIS and found out that MSC transferred our petition to local Dallas office on March 19th and was told that they are working on September 2012 petitions. :( The tier 2 agent put in an expedite for us but she told us it is up to the local field office and she also thought that it is unlikely that we will get an expedite. Our reason to expedite was because we want a baby. Also talked with a immigration lawyer and he said good luck with trying to jump the line. :hehe:

go to the local office with an infopass and find out.

i got the same nonsense on the phone and found something totally different at the local office.. filed feb 5, transferred march 13, put into workflow march 28.. come back in 45 days if you dont hear anything, which of course i will
