I received e-mail confirmation yesterday that our I-130 was approved, 35 days after NOA1.

I believe our petition was auto-expedited as we both live outside the US. I-130 was processed at the NBC.

Best of luck to everyone for a fast approval.

Ours showed up online the day after I received NOA1. Again, I think this has to do with the auto-expedite / USC abroad. Good luck!

hi everyone!

husband filed our i-130 for me and my kids ages 8 and 2. rcvd NOA thru USPS march 9, indicated there our case number? starting with MSCxxxxxxx , priority date march 4. im searching for the processing times at NBC for the i-130 but i can't find any.

am i just too excited???

I think there is a March 2013 Filers group somewhere on this forum so you may find others there with similar priority dates to yours. You will not find processing times for NBC since NBC has only been processing I-130s since August.. Are you filing from abroad or within the US? If you filed from abroad your file will get approved much faster and will stay at NBC...sometimes within a month. If you filed from the US, NBC is likely to transfer your file to your local field office...processing times differ drastically depending on the office location. However NBC will not tell you if and when yours is transferred. Often it's 1 to 2 months after your NOA1. It's just a guessing game! Because you are filing for your kids also I've heard it may process faster, but not completely sure. Good luck!

12/30/2012 Got married!

02/01/2013 Sent I-130 via Priority Mail USPS
