Hello, First of all.I want to think everyone on this forum for their posts and words of encouragement. My wife was approved on Jan 30 th and we were told that we should get the GC in about two weeks. My wife wants to change her name to my last name. Now that the green card has been approved and is on the way do I have to file an I-90 to replace the green card?I am aware that I have to go to the Social security office and make the change there as well as the DMV, banks, employers etc.Can anyone confirm that I need the I-90 to replace the green card that will be issued? Many Tahanks.

Why didn't she file AOS with the married name? Anyways, yes, now you get to file I-90 and pay the fees so she can have married name on her green card.

That would have made life so much easier :star:
