hello to all, I need to know if the form 1040 needs to be signed. My Fiancé sent me the forms without a signature on it. Thanks.

Have him sign the document, scan and send it to your email. The 1040 need not be original. Just make sure you have the corresponding W2's. Good luck!

They need more than the 1040 form !!!

ah...I see! It can be a copy but it must be the complete tax return with all the additional forms, if they are filed, and the W-2s also. Just the 1040 by itself will not work.
