tourist or not?

hello visajourney people,

im a newbie and im one of a thousand people who needs your help and opinions.

i meet my man march 2012 and we get along together and fell in love then we decided to get married through proxy married last sept2012 then finally we meet this year jan 12 till 26.he love and enjoyed hes visit and he wants to stay here for good once he retired in 3 yrs time.. im very family orriented person and hes thinkin i might get lonely there coz hes living in the desert so hes thinkin to try it first to get a tourist visa instead of a fiancee visa cause hes worried that i might get lonely and wanted to go back home. my question is would it be easier to apply for tourist visa but im not working i have no proof that i can afford my travel and yet i work abroad for 3.5 years in holland would that be affect my application cause i over stayed there for 3 yrs.i been there since june 2006 till dec 2009 by the way hes working as us army...

Zero chances based in your situation. No job. No money. Illegal Holland immigrant. Illegal work in Holland.

Why would the US believe you would be honest when you have already demonstrated you do not care about Holland's immigration laws?

Applying would be a waste of money.

Be aware also that with any I-130 application you are probably going to have to send in proof that you consummated your proxy marriage.
