I 130..still nothing

Sorry I really need help..my husband is a us citizen and on july he file for me and its already been six months since then and I reaf that the approval wont take morw than that..I also check the processing time chart and I dont know why it wony show the time for my application..can anyone plz help me im going crazy

It took 9 months for my I-130 petition to be looked at and approved.. and I also had to fly from Australia to America for a 20-30 minutes interview with Homeland Security, then my I-130 was approved. Have you called USCIS lately to see what's going on with the I-130?

You can call and ask them. They can give you the priority date they are processing. MIne got approved yesterday . It has been 5 and haft months.

Oh really..im just hoping for my application to be approved as soon as possible. .and no I havent called then cause I thought that should be my lawyers job..but monday im goin to call him so I can see whats goin on..cause I have seen people posting that csc its already working on oct or something like that and im a july filer..im so confused with all of this..and thank u very much for the response

Is there any where were I can see the processing time for csc but where they show i130 alien relative petition us citizen filing for spouse cause when I check the timelime it wont show that ..
