Actually, I have some clarification last february 2012 my husband told me he filed for me. We waited for 6 months but nothing came so I asked the receipt number he said he'll ask it to the one who filed for us. I was so frustrating then where he keeps on saying let just wait. Until last december he told me that our petition was rejected and advised for reapplication. So I said lets do it with out the help of other people so by dec 19 not 17 he mailed the I-130 then received the hard copy by 21. Got approve feb 1, 2013.

Thank you visajourney people from the bottom of my heart without your inputs I would still in the dark waiting...I know the journey is not yet over but Praise to God it's moving. God bless us all...:))
