Now I'm no longer sure if I'd get to be scheduled for this month's oath ceremony. I might need to wait longer. ClockWatch2.gif I still hope they'll squeeze me and spygame in for the June 26 program.

That's good to know. happy.png

There's no news yet for me. I wonder if they've arranged the oath schedule according to priority date. If so, my files would be put behind. sad.png I'll try not to overanalyze this and just be patient.

Nervous and excited for the interview which is tomorrow. unsure.png

Have fun and let us know how it goes when you get a chance.

Congratulations! Hopefully they'll send out his oath letter soon.

I've got no experience regarding that. Maybe you can look up members of the same field office as yours and ask them directly.

Super easy to change update your SSN with your US passport. Took 5 mins at the window, all they looked at was my drivers license and US passport. ( I waited an hour for them to call me up tho LOL )

Congratulations! jest.gif

Passed my interview today. It was really easy. My Appointment was at 11:00 AM in Chicago, IL. The officer called me around 11:30 AM. We went over the N-400 Application. It was straight forward. Just verified everything. The written test was really simple asked me to write Washington was the first president and the reading test was to read Who the first president of the United States was. The questions for the test was

1. Who is in charge of the executive branch?

2. The house of Representatives has how many voting members?

3. In what month do we vote for President?

4. We elect a US Representative for how many years?

5. Who is the Chief Justice of the US?

6. Who is the Father of Our Country?

Answered all the 6 and he said congratulations you have passed the test.

He gave a printout saying that congratulations your application has been recommended for approval checked. The interviewer said that I should receive a letter in the mail for the oath ceremony.

Thank you all.

Got an email at 7 o'clock this evening:

"On June 11, 2013, we scheduled you for your oath ceremony and sent a notice providing the date, time, and location."

Fingers crossed that I receive the oath letter on or before Tuesday next week and that I'm in for the June 26 ceremony. happy.png

yeah I hope everything works out well. the io was very nice.

Hi Mony,

How are you? Just checking to see if you received oath ceremony letter or not? I had my interview yesterday and I passed. It was very easy.

The IO said I will be receiving my oath ceremony letter in mail. Do you know how long it takes for the status to be updated on USCIS case status site?

Thanks!
