I fid regular first class I think .. I sent it on February 1 and I still haven't an email notice from them..is that normali see most people got a notice between 3-5 days..or maybe I am just too anxious..

Reg first class is gonna be much cheaper than express! Express you pay for faster mailing which is why it costs more.

Regular post can take 2-3 weeks depending on where you live and how far you are mailing from your place. You should be fine! it will probably arrive there next week.

We sent ours priority mail (we just used a flat rate envelope). It was $5.05 and took 2 days to arrive. If you purchase postage online and print out the label, you get free tracking and delivery confirmation.

hello everyone. back to finish the USCIS adventure. we mailed her application today 2-7-13 by USPS Express mail to Dallas. her 3 yr mark was actually back in may, but we were in no hurry to drop $680.00 dollars.

i am in the process of putting my packet together but im abit confused. i filed my ROC back in July 2011 and received my permanent card in april 2012.

my confusion is this:

for proof of marriage we are supposed to send 3 years worth of joint mingling. so for example when we first filed for our greencard back in 2009 we sent in copies of our tax returns of 2006,2007,2008. then when we filed our ROC in 2011 we sent in tax returns of 2009 and 2010 so now that we are about to send in for naturalization can we send just 2011 tax return transcripts (this is because we have not filed our 2012 taxes yet) or do we resend 2011, 2010, 2009 tax return transcripts to fulfill the 3 year worth of info requirement?

also as for other items of proof of comingling we plan on sending the following:

-joint bank statement(from august 2011-january 2013)showing ongoing transactrons inckuding rent, utilities, bills etc

-joint utility bills(from when we started living in our apt from september 2011-present)

.current joint car insurance statement

.current paystubs from both of us showing same addess and marital status as married

.lease agreement with both our names and signatures on it

.life insurance statement from my husbands company showing me as the beneficiary

-current health insurance cards for both of us

.copies of airline tickets on trips taken together outside the country since july 2011

.copy of a voided check with both our names on it

please let me know if this is enough to file our N-400?

we will also send the needed items such as copy of front and back of my greencard, copy of marriage certificate, copy of hubby's passport page, n-400 form, 2 passport photographs, etc....

as usual im pretty paranoid when it comes tov uscis and im thankful this is the last leg of our immigration journey.

You only need to send what is in the instructions that they request, bring the rest to the interview if you want. You need to send all 3 years of tax transcripts if you are applying based on 3 years of marriage. This is a completely different petition from your others. USCIS has a clear check list on their website for what they want in the N-400 package.
