This person apparently posted elsewhere that his " Interview appt : 03/28/13 " but he has not logged in since march 28th. Too bad we cant find out what happened or what his actual time line is! http://www.visajourn...35#entry6041235

I've seen that before. For several weeks, I wrote down in the timeline that his interview was on March 28 just as he posted but I doubt that was right so beginning last week, I indicated 03/28 as his biometric appointment.

I've seen that before. For several weeks, I wrote down in the timeline that his interview was on March 28 just as he posted but I doubt that was right so beginning last week, I indicated 03/28 as his biometric appointment.

Just receive Yellow letter to bring Driver license or ID and travel documents to interview. Update please someone.

There's no update for yellow letters - just people mentioning them here as a way of comparing what docs USCIS is looking for in addition to the usual checklist.

It is a sign that you are closer to getting an interview notice though, so that's good :)

I don't think everyone gets the yellow letter. My husband got one and it asked him to bring his state ID and any records of his arrest (we checked the box on whether he has been detained/cited/arrested by a law enforcement officer). My husband has two traffic tickets and he will take his paperwork for those tickets to his interview next month.

Exactly - for me they want to see the driver's license, which I am assuming is because it expires 5 days before the interview and they want to see if I renew it (proof of residence, etc).

Got a yellow letter asking to bring current and expired passports and travel documents. No mention of needing a drivers license though.

Anyone see someone in another forum being asked for current and expired passports?

Got a yellow letter asking to bring current and expired passports and travel documents. No mention of needing a drivers license though.

Anyone see someone in another forum being asked for current and expired passports?

I didn't receive a yellow letter, but my interview letter requested that I bring my passport(s) with me. I think it is pretty standard to bring your current and expired passports to verify trips outside the U.S. :)
