I have a question about the document checklist that was sent with my appointment letter.

I applied based off the 5 year rule. I became a LPR on March 27, 2006 and I entered the U.S. on a K-1 visa. Do I need to bring all the documents listed under the "if applying for naturalization on the basis of marriage to a U.S. citizen"?

I would rather be safe and bring it all if need be, but was looking to see if anybody had any more input.

My husband's interview letter finally arrived on Friday. The interview will be on 24 April in Lawrence, MA. His biometrics appointment was in Boston and we had expected the interview to take place there too. Now we wonder where the oath ceremony might take place?1?

Hello all,

Received notification today that my interview would be 1 May, then got a call from the Sacramento office saying that I would need to have my interview tomorrow as it's expedited and they had one available space for me.

Wish me luck- I'm now sitting down cramming all the questions & answers- definitely didn't think I'd have only half a day to study! Definitely better than the alternative however of having to fly back from Germany!

Received notification today that my interview would be 1 May, then got a call from the Sacramento office saying that I would need to have my interview tomorrow as it's expedited and they had one available space for me.

Hello all,

Received notification today that my interview would be 1 May, then got a call from the Sacramento office saying that I would need to have my interview tomorrow as it's expedited and they had one available space for me.

Wish me luck- I'm now sitting down cramming all the questions & answers- definitely didn't think I'd have only half a day to study! Definitely better than the alternative however of having to fly back from Germany!

So just out of curiosity from those that have received in-line and actual inverview notices -

Did you file under the 90-day early window? I know sciencenerd had said something about their actual 3-year anniversary being May 4th - mine is May 5th, thus I just wanted to see if others were actually receiving notices before their anniversary, or even interview dates before them? Or whether it's actually going to be until early May when we have our interviews.
