Dropped off the Priority Mail package today with USPS. I paid more than $1 per mile it has to travel... I know people have tried to drop them off before and they can't get in the door - otherwise I would have hand-delivered it in a second.

Looking at the timeline of others I may need to re-schedule the biometrics appointment (vacation March 9-16). I tried to do early biometrics with my ROC but the security guard wouldn't let me in the door, so I'm not going to try that again.

Yes we applied for ROC and she received her 10 year GC on 12/10/12. We received our Conditional Green Card dated 5/5/10 and I see that ScienceNerd had received it the day before, so we are just behind them. Sending ours on 6th - Wednesday.

I think it has to be 3 years since she became LPR... On the forms the question states "at least 3 years". I'll let more experienced folks correct me if I am wrong.

May be a silly question, but you guys lifted her conditions, right? Your timeline seems rather short at first glance.

Yes, 2 regular passport style photos, just like for K1, AOS and ROC...

Good luck to you and all Feb filers!

Well, after reading a little bit - it may not be an issue after all... I had a speeding ticket I completely forgot about. But some folks here are saying you do not need to mention it if the fine was under $ 500. What do you think?

It's fine. You can disclose it at the interview if you like. There's more than one thread about people who did like you, forgot, and the officers mentioned it (to see if they'd like most like) but they were fine and got citizenship. Don't stress :) When you interview if you want to be safe say "I completely forgot about X until someone mentioned it, here's the info" and they'll most likely say "thanks but don't need to see it".
