HELP BIOMETRICS ID'S???

She does not have any US State issued Photo ID and her Passport is expired. We have a marriage cert. and an expired passport...the appointment is next week, what can we use?

I just had my biometrics yesterday and saw people showing their country's state ID, so that should work too. Does she have that??

I think they are pretty strict so I don't think an expired passport is a good idea...maybe someone has had experience with this.

Expired passport should be ok it is still issued by a Government and the photo and information is still the same.....

take a copy of your marriage certificate too....

Is the expired passport the ONLY photo ID you have? I don't know if they will accept it or not, have you tried calling or making an infopass appointment to find out?

Short time, Probably go and see if the office will accept the expired passport as a Photo ID at the biometrics appointment, if they don't I suspect they will reschedule the appointment so that the passport can be renewed.

Can't you go to your State Motor Vehicle office and get a State ID card? With the passport, a piece of mail addressed to her (can be from your office) and the marraige license should be enough proof and issued the same day.
