I'm getting kind of worried I haven't received my notice for interview yet. Got my EAD almost 2 weeks ago... all my USCIS case status says is "card production/approval"

Anyone else still waiting?

Yes, I am. Seems we are going to be the ones getting it without an interview in 9ish months. Only about 5 more to go, so cheer up!


USCIS [*] 22 Nov. 2011 - I-129 package sent; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - Package delivered; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - NOA1/petition received and routed to the California Service Center; [*] 30 Nov. 2011 - Touched/confirmation though text message and email; [*] 03 Dec. 2011 - Hard copy received; [*]24 April 2012 - NOA2 (no RFEs)/text message/email/USCIS account updated; [*] 27 April 2012 - NOA2 hard copy received.

NVC [*] 14 May 2012 - Petition received by NVC ; [*] 16 May 2012 - Petition left NVC.

EMBASSY [*] 18 May 2012 - Petition arrived at the US Embassy in Bucharest; [*] 22 May 2012 - Package 3 received; [*] 24 May 2012 - Package sent to the consulate, interview date set; [*] 14 June 2012 - Interview date, approved.

POE [*] 04 July 2012 - Minneapolis/St.Paul. [*] 16 September 2012 - Wedding Day!

AOS/EAD/AP [*] 04 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package sent; [*] 07 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package delivered; [*] 12 February 2013 - NOA1 text messages/emails; [*] 16 February 2013 - NOA1 received in the regular mail; [*] 28 February 2013 - Biometrics letter received (appointment date, March 8th); [*] 04 March 2013 - Biometrics walk-in completed (9 out of 10 fingerprints taken, pinky would not give in); [*] 04 April 2013 - EAD/AP card approved; [*] 11 April 2013 - Combo card sent/tracking number obtained; [*] 15 April 2013 - Card delivered.

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

Baba don't worry about it, you'll do fine. Think about it like this, you have been given the opportunity to brag/boast about your how wonderful your marriage/family is before getting a greencard. So this isn't an interview, you are just going to meet someone so that you can let then know how great your marriage is, and in return the will hand you a thank you in the form of a green card.

First of all congratulations to you. It is amazing... I bet it's a good feeling that you are already done. Yea we have nothing to hide so I am sure and hoping that everything will go well. We got approved on the spot it was very quick and easy... We got the approval letter from the officer, but didn't get an online update on card production yet. Is anybody in the same situation?

They mailed my Green Card yesterday!!! Got to celebrate once I get it :D

Congrats to you... Question.. Did you get any online updates right after your interview? We got approved on the spot yesterday and I am just wondering when I will be hearing anything from them?

Congrats to you... Question.. Did you get any online updates right after your interview? We got approved on the spot yesterday and I am just wondering when I will be hearing anything from them?

Hi Baba1313 congratulations on your approval, i got approved on the spot as well last week, i can certainly tell you that you will recieve a card/documentation update, then it will move to decision, 3 working days after you'll recieve the second card production and then a day after they will let you know they malied your card. Today im expecting the tracking number altho im not sure if i get one like for the ead. in any case these dates are mine so you can kind of calculate yours giving or taking days, i guess it all depends on how fast or slow they update everything.

February filer as well!

Received EAD already on 20th of April. We got RFE on March and sent the response back right away, but our GC has been in that "review the response for RFE" for 2,5 months..... Just waiting now :) Luckily got the work permission and will start working on next week! :)

Thanks for your response helps a lot. I am just wondering how long does it take for them to send you an update after your interview? Because some people say they get a card production update an hour after the interview and mine was yesterday and I still haven't gotten anything. If you could tell me I would appreciate it.

OMG, my wife just returned to China for a 3-month vacation yesterday. She got a email saying the interview is scheduled to be July 10. What should we do? Should my wife fly back for the interview and then fly back to China? or Ask USCIS reschedule? Thank you all!
