Congrats to both of you!!! BTW did you get conditional green card? Our marriage is less than two years and we have two beautiful kids together...

Thank you. No we were approved with the standard 2 year green card which allows for us to apply for naturalization 90 days before expiration.

Since my GC was approved in the interview I am still waiting for it in the post.

I researched "conditional GC" so it seems that is what i have. Not sure what that means exactly whether all AOS through marriage receive that or not?

Yeah that's what it is...any marriage under two years they always issue you conditional...also there could be other reasons as well. However condtitional is as good as GC but only thing is that you have to apply again to remove it towards the end of two years for the 10 year one. It's not a big deal but generates more money for them since there is a fee of apprx. $500 to do that and that's all....but it is as good as GC It looks like your interview went pretty fast! Even before EAD, right? That's great. By time I get interview in NYC I think I will be over two years and have more children by then lolllll But that's ok as long as I get my EAD on time

Hey, I was wondering how many more people out there haven't got their interview yet? My case status still says that it can not be found. I have my EAD and my AP already, but now I am getting worried about the adjustment of status. As I read more and more of you are getting your interviews over with, I get more nervous! Thanks.

I'm in exact same position... Waiting for interview, if there is one. Already have EAD/AP. Case isn't found.

I haven't. My case status has been showing Request for Evidence Response Review since March 21. I'm afraid we might be the 'lucky' ones who'll be adjudicated at the NBC - it's more than likely going to take a long time.

As for your case not being found, I keep reading the online system is far from reliable. As long as you've had your AOS receipt and biometrics appointment in the mail, you should be fine. Check that the biometrics appointment reports the same code written on the AOS receipt.

Mine says "Testing and Interview" since 4/2 I just got EAD in production on May 1 and no notification on mailing yet(btw how long does it take?)....but nothing on Interview date. I called and did service request on May 1...will find out what they say in 15 days. And what do you really mean that case not found??? When you enter the receipt no. nothing shows??? Not even the "Testing and Interview" thing???

Question: I got one notification saying EAD card in production on May 1 and another saying exactily samething today May 6. How many more card production notification am I gonna get before they mail it? Any idea? Thanks!

I got one 'card in production' on April 26 and another one on May 1. On May 2 they mailed the card.

Congratulations:) Your post has helped me a lot because I also have an additional sponsor, my father in law. i was debating if I should bring my father in laws' original passport and birth certificate or not. We have submitted the copy of them but I guess they want the real one. I will make sure I will have them with me. Thanks again for sharing and enjoy your green card:)

Just came back from my Interview!! It went well, the only problem was, there was a form missing. The guy said I don't have to do anything, he will request the form and approve me in a couple of weeks (good thing I don't need to travel, I'm too busy working).

Good luck and God bless to everyone. I just got my green card last saturday. Today I went to the Social Security office. It feels great that they destroyed my old SSN card. Just have to wait for the new one in the mail. I am so happy to receive my green card. It is just weird that they have placed the EAD card in production after they mailed my green card.
