I'm in the same boat, no numbers show up on the website because case is still not found... It was like that for my EAD/AP as well and then one day just updated to the card being mailed out to me. I have to call in and speak to tier 2/3 to find out the status, and last they can see is that they received my biometrics March 11... So I have been waiting a while too. My concern is my offices average time, which is REALLY awful... one of the worst.

I'm thinking the same thing is happening at my local office. I just want to make sure I have the EAD and AP before the 90 day period which is mid-june.

My office is still processing August, so it isnt that much of a difference between it and NBC. I don't even know where my case will be adjudicated. I am mainly worried because I am moving soon, and I dont know if my change of address will go through with "case not found" in the sysytem.

I'm thinking the same thing is happening at my local office. I just want to make sure I have the EAD and AP before the 90 day period which is mid-june.

My 90 day would be end of May, hopefully the cards will arrive before that - otherwise I won't be able to make the trip to my conference :(

Btw., I applied EAD for OPT status last year, and it took less than two months for me to receive the card... Not sure if this renewal makes my case more complicated for them! :(

yeah Baltimore office is also just processing the end of august as of Feb 28th... but I've seen a few times again and again that some people just happen to move faster since they were very precise when sending everything, etc. etc... so I'm holding out on that hope! I am too scared to go visit home for a couple months WITHOUT a green card because of how rude the border guards always are... I am afraid they will not let me back in even though I have been here a year almost.

Hi guys, I've been following this thread for a while, congratulations to those of you whose case went smooth and had progress!!

I filed my I 130/485/765/131 package in Feb, NOA received 2/26, biometrics walk-in on 3/23, i485 updated to scheduling interview on 3/26... and then absolutely nothing until now...

Is there anyone out there still waiting just like me? It's been more than a month since my bio was taken, and when I called their 800 number, of course, all I got was the reading from those words we can see online, and then she told me I can do nothing but keep waiting. I really really hope my AP could get approved sooner - have a conference in Europe soon, but without that I can't even apply for visa! sad.png

Any advice would be appreciated...

You should call them and do a service request....see where your case stands...my bio on 3/27...went on scheduling on 4/2...then nothing until May 1,..so I called in the morning, submit a service request....had lunch took a nice nap to find out text and email on my phone that EAD is on production....You should certainly call. Your submission date is earlier than mine. But I have a feeling you will get an update in 2-3 days...good luck!

Did you call in regards to the AP and EAD specifically? I called regarding the I485 earlier and was told to wait for 15 days regarding the interview status.

I only gave them the MSC number for the I485

I did the same and was told to wait 15 day to get a response....Only I485 they ask for. I tried to tell them about EAD they said...that was a processing time of 90 days and to call after that. But as far as I know, all of the cases move simultaneouly....I485 is the main thing I suppose....I called on the 30th day after NOA move to interview scheduling but no other response...I called in the morning, did a service request and aroung 5PM got text and email about EAD being ordered...but I don't think my call has anything to do with that...EAD was due aroung this time anyways...Keep in mind...IN NYC interview scheduling can take as long 6months ...NYC office is one busiest ones!!! But EAD should be approved or arrive bet. 60-70 days in most cases....good luck

Thanks for your advice! So strange thing happened yesterday (May 2) - I called in for an inquiry on my AP case, then of course they told me I have to wait till 90 days to put in a request. A few hours later I received text that my EAD is updated, it jumped directly in "production" (Guess just like your case)... However still no news on the AP, which I badly need at this point. Will try to call again today...

At least something is being updated in my case!

I know...it's funny I called in the morning then get an update about EAD in the afternoon. Same with you. Too much of a coincidence! I guess they forgot about our case up until we called....lollll

Congrats! I expected you to get an update soon since you are way overdue. It's funny every time we call we get an update immidiately after that. Another member and I both called then got an update within hours after that......is this a new pattern now?? But in any way we all are happy to get an update....all the best to you!

Congrats! I expected you to get an update soon since you are way overdue. It's funny every time we call we get an update immidiately after that. Another member and I both called then got an update within hours after that......is this a new pattern now?? But in any way we all are happy to get an update....all the best to you!

Same too you. Let me know when you recieve your AP/EAD. I will keep an eye out for the interview date also.

03/01/2013 [Day 1] - AOS Package delivered to USCIS Chicago at 1:30pm

03/07/2013 [Day 8] - Received 4 NOA1 notifications via E-mail around 11:45 pm

03/07/2013 [Day 8] - Checks cashed

03/11/2013 [Day 12] - Received hard copies of NOAs for I-130, I-131, I-485 and I-765

03/14/2013 [Day 15] - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter - Scheduled for 04/05

03/15/2013 [Day 16] - Successful early biometrics walk-in

03/27/2013 [Day 28] - Received (I-485) notification via E-mail. Testing and Interview

04/26/2013 [Day 58] - Service request made on I-485 (30 days past notice)

05/03/2013 [Day 65] - Received EAD Card production notification via E-mail.

05/07/2013 [Day 69] - Received EAD Card production notification via E-mail. (2nd notice)

05/08/2013 [Day 70] - EAD Card mailed. (3rd notice)

05/08/2013 [Day 70] - EAD Card tracking information provided. (4th notice)

05/10/2013 [Day 72] - EAD/AP Card received.
