Mine was emailed today as well, although the AP still says approved. Maybe the EAD is the card, and they don't say card production for the AP, anyone knows?


USCIS [*] 22 Nov. 2011 - I-129 package sent; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - Package delivered; [*] 25 Nov. 2011 - NOA1/petition received and routed to the California Service Center; [*] 30 Nov. 2011 - Touched/confirmation though text message and email; [*] 03 Dec. 2011 - Hard copy received; [*]24 April 2012 - NOA2 (no RFEs)/text message/email/USCIS account updated; [*] 27 April 2012 - NOA2 hard copy received.

NVC [*] 14 May 2012 - Petition received by NVC ; [*] 16 May 2012 - Petition left NVC.

EMBASSY [*] 18 May 2012 - Petition arrived at the US Embassy in Bucharest; [*] 22 May 2012 - Package 3 received; [*] 24 May 2012 - Package sent to the consulate, interview date set; [*] 14 June 2012 - Interview date, approved.

POE [*] 04 July 2012 - Minneapolis/St.Paul. [*] 16 September 2012 - Wedding Day!

AOS/EAD/AP [*] 04 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package sent; [*] 07 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package delivered; [*] 12 February 2013 - NOA1 text messages/emails; [*] 16 February 2013 - NOA1 received in the regular mail; [*] 28 February 2013 - Biometrics letter received (appointment date, March 8th); [*] 04 March 2013 - Biometrics walk-in completed (9 out of 10 fingerprints taken, pinky would not give in); [*] 04 April 2013 - EAD/AP card approved; [*] 11 April 2013 - Combo card sent/tracking number obtained; [*] 15 April 2013 - Card delivered.

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

EAD is mailed how much time does it take to be deliverd?

Usually 2-3 days, but you will get an update soon on the website with the tracking number and then you can track it yourself. Mine should be here today:) So exciting:)

I think I jinxed myself saying everything was moving quick. It's been 14 days and still says interview and testing on I485.

Don't worry mine took 15 days after testing/ interview stage to get an update on the interview date. You will get it soon. I know it's hard to be patient this time, but it will happen soon. You will see:)

My status for EAD has been changed to Card Production and AP to approved (Post Decision Activity). Can anybody tell me that how long does it usually take to receive after getting the status changed to Card Production for EAD and AP approval ?

Adjustment of Status from K1 Visa.

02/08/2013: AOS Package Mailed (Day 0)
02/11/2013: AOS Package Received (Day 3)
02/15/2013: Received NOA texts/emails (Day 7)
02/18/2013: Received NOA by mail (Day 10)
02/20/2013: Received Biometric Appointment letter (Day 12)
03/15/2013: Completed Biometrics (Day 36)
03/21/2013: Status Updated to Testing and Interview (Day 42)
04/01/2013: Received an Email as notice for Interview scheduled for "8th May".
04/02/2013: Received the hard copy of notice for Interview scheduled for "8th May".

05/08/2013: Interview done, Approved "Alham'Dullilah".

05/08/2013: Email notification for card production and approval of Green Card.

05/13/2013: Received Welcome to USA letter in mail.

05/16/2013: Green Card Received.

04/11/2013: EAD's status changed to "Card Production" notified via an e-mail.
04/11/2013: AP's status changed to Post Decision Activity (Approved) notified via an e-mail.
04/16/2013: Second email notification regarding the production of EAD Card.
04/18/2013: EAD has been mailed to my address. Notified via an e-mail.
04/18/2013: Tracking number for the shipment including EAD received via an e-mail.
04/20/2013: Received EAD Combo Card.

Is it normal for my EAD and AP requests to show as "case not found" in the USCIS case status checker? Is anyone else not able to view their EAD and AP requests on line?

Yes, I could not see my cases until the 5th when they were updated/approved. Still can't see my AOS.

I got the tracking number, what is the card doing in Kentucky? Lol!

I sent my papers on Feb 21 and still no news except my bio appt . I even can't see my status online:( it says we couldnt find your # . anybody in same timeline or situation ? :(

Can't see my EAD case status either! I called USCIS and they said it happens sometimes. It might change once they update the status (approve it).

YAY we got the EAD on the same day :dance: I am jealous that your interview is already coming up. Are you guys ready? You should let us know how it goes and the experience. I need to wait until May 6th :crying:

Thank you Peter Pan for nice words ! i was worrying because i saw people got in line for interview who filed after me and i thought maybe i missed something from them . but now im relieved a little bit.Good luck to u Peter Pan !!!
