Because it says that when I check on the uscis.gov page that my case its been processed in the national benefits center

Hi. Just sent an e-mail to the lawyer. I will let you know what she says. I also wanted to let you know that I think I misunderstood you because my situation is a little bit different. So my sponsor is my husband of course but he didn't meet the guidelines so I needed to have a joint co sponsor that is my father- in- law. And my husband did his taxes for 2012 and my father-in-law is trying to file for extension. But anyways I will let you know what her answer is.

Hey hey. Yea she responded and she said that even though my father in law wants to file for extension I should have a copy of the extension or the taxes he files. Just better to be safe cause our interview is way past after April 15th when taxes due and on the interview letter it says most recent year tax needed for co sponsors. I say you sleep better if you know you have that with you as well. I know it is annoying to ask for stuff but believe you will be more confident at your interview:) hope it helps. Good luck to you

Wow congrats! As we have the same AOS timeline dates, now you are going to make me check my EAD status every 5 minutes It keep saying "Your case can not be found"

Received EAD card yesterday, still not able to check AOS online though. Booo. Also according to Social Security, the EAD is 'too new' for us to change the name on Wifeys SS card. So that will be a 4 week wait...

I have a question regarding AOS Interview that I have my AOS interview next month. For right now, me and my wife lives together at my Father-in-Law's home. My wife is also a student and I have applied for couple of good schools as well. Now my question is that do our joint bank account or statement along with the photos would be enough to prove our mutually defined relationship, as we don't share any other liabilities, contracts, insurances or leases. Maybe get some affidavits? Generally, they understand there hasnt been that much time to put finances together, and don't expect that much co-mingling. I am on he house lease, but our landlord pays all the bills, so that's it. I am on the bank account, and on the internet bill, and that's pretty much it, his car is through the company he works at and he has no health insurance. We also dont have may pictures cause I gained weight since I came here and I hate taking pics with me nowadays.

Yessir, it changed and had me worried but then pretty soon after I was able to see a tracking number and then 2 days later it was delivered.

In the same place on the uscis case check website where it says your card has been ordered for production, at some point the text will change to reflect that the card has been mailed and they provide the USPS tracking number with it.
