OK thanks. Found this post interesting,on the EAD where it is mostly useless since AOS gets resolved very fast and you get EAD just right before GC.. :)

Update!!

Case updated to testing and interview. Had biometrics on March 05. Waiting for interview notice...God is good.

Great!

Had the best biometric walk-in ever, in San Marcos, CA ASC office (typing it so people can Google it like I did!!)

Went as suggested just before closing time, I was the only one and was literally in and out within 7 min!! And plenty of free parking space.

Just popping in to say that while you are welcome to post wherever you want, this subforum is for people adjusting from K-1 visa only, no concurrent filers. Concurrent filers have their own subforum and monthly threads in the other forums.

Aos from both types have some similarities but plenty of differences. The main difference is that all concurrent filers will have a mandatory interview, and some AOS from K-1 can be approved with no interview. Unfortunately the price to pay for having an interview waived is usually a longer wait.

I know when I was following the progress threads it was confusing to have other types of filers in the threads. Good luck to all and a speedy AOS.
