I havent been able to see my status online but checking 30 secs ago shows us at Testing and Interview :whistle:

AOS from H1B. Married to USC. San Francisco

02/03/2013 - AOS package sent. Including I-130, I-485 and I-765

02/11/2013 - NOA I-797 for I-130, I-485 and I-765

02/12/2013 - ASC Biometric - I-797C for 03/12/2013

02/20/2013 - ASC received in mail. Early walk-in same day

03/06/2013 - Online status changed to testing and interview (first time we were able to see online status)

03/18/2013 - Received I-797C Interview notice. Notice day 03/14/2013 Interview date 04/17/2013

04/18/2013 - Online status for I-765 changed: Card production

04/18/2013 - Interview 12.30PM in San Francisco: Approved

04/20/2013 - Received EAD card in mail

04/25/2013 - Received Green Card in mail

Total process time: 72days

Status on the EAD updated to "card production" today! Travel doc also updated, to "post decision activity." AOS still at "acceptance" (no move to testing & interview yet). Very, very happy -

Yes, I could not see my cases until the 5th when they were updated/approved. Still can't see my AOS. I got the tracking number, what is the card doing in Kentucky? Lol! You are close, I think in a

They update mine too to Interview and testing. I am also doing AOS from H1b. I wonder if any one from Feb Filers got their interview Time/place yet

No, not yet. Some of us are even not able to open the case numbers, but something tells me we'll have update next week! :dance:

I feel like Feb filers are going pretty fast, do you?

I feel like Feb filers are going pretty fast, do you?

i am hoping for an easy smooth journy for everyone, so far that has been the case for most of the Feb filers :thumbs: hope its tsays that way

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

I got my NOA1 on the 12th, and my bio letter on the 28th, so they may take a while.

:dance: :dance: So happy! I got my biometrics in the mail yesteraday. But the appointment is still on 3/27/2013 :dance: :dance:

:bonk::bonk: I waited for my hubby to arrive from work so that I do not have to bring my baby with me. :bonk: :bonk:

:wacko: Just to realize that the USCIS office closed at 4:00PM. I arrived at 4:05PM. :wacko:

:thumbs::D But they told me that they can do a walk in on monday at 8:00AM. :D:thumbs:

Bummer.....got the whole package back today. I signed my sons I-484 in the wrong box, as the person preparing the form....

Not a big thing, but everything is taken apart and stapled together so should I redo all the forms (there is an I-797 attached to every form...) or just take those notices off and change the signature and resend everything as is? Advice?

Bummer.....got the whole package back today. I signed my sons I-484 in the wrong box, as the person preparing the form....

Not a big thing, but everything is taken apart and stapled together so should I redo all the forms (there is an I-797 attached to every form...) or just take those notices off and change the signature and resend everything as is? Advice?

Same thing happened to me. I unstapled everything and reprinted the form that I had to fix. I repackaged everything like I sent it the first time. I don't know if that's what they wanted me to do but they accepted it!
