According to the letter I got, there is an USCIS center in my city, no need to go to St. Paul for them, yay.

I'm so jealous of everybody doing walk-ins :( I talked to someone who's tried to do walk-ins in my local uscis office and she says they don't allow it.

You should still try it.

Yay, got my letter too, finally, appointment on March 8th. I will be in the cities from the 3rd to the 5th, so I am definitely going to try a walk in. Do you guys have any recommendations about the hour I should go?

Help everyone. I sent my 130 & 485 in on 19th. Feb and USPS confirmed delivery on. 21st Feb. I have not yet received email/sms confirmation and money order has not been cashed. I am worried. What do you guys think?

I sent mine on the 20th and it was delivered the 23rd and still nothing....starting to worry but then I'm not alone!

I sent mine on the 20th and it was delivered the 23rd and still nothing....starting to worry but then I'm not alone!

@MissK- You will get it. Think there is some delay for some reason. I got mine at 12 midnite today so I am sure you will get yours by today too. Keep believing. Let me know when you get it ok

03/06/2013 - Online status changed to testing and interview (first time we were able to see online status)

03/18/2013 - Received I-797C Interview notice. Notice day 03/14/2013 Interview date 04/17/2013

04/18/2013 - Online status for I-765 changed: Card production

04/18/2013 - Interview 12.30PM in San Francisco: Approved

04/20/2013 - Received EAD card in mail

04/25/2013 - Received Green Card in mail

Cant see mine either.

Biometrics walk-in completed. Or were they? My right hand went through easily, but 4 fingers from the left would not scan properly. After half an hour, 3 o them were accepted, but my pinky fingerprint was still too fine to be properly recorded. The guy said I should be fine, now we wait to see what the FBI has to say about it.

we filed I130/I485 together and we got the receipts (they received them on 02/05/2013)

I did early walk in for biometrics exactly a week ago.

my question is: I130 is still in initial review. is that normal? do they just approve/Deny it at the intreview?

my undrestanding is they cant touch I485 before i130 approval

I'm in a similar situation as you, even though my I-130 is still in initial review, my I-485 has been moved to Testing and Interview. My application was also received on the same that as yours (02/05/2013). So I say don't worry, your I-485 doesn't depend on the I-130. Once you get to the Testing and Interview stage, you are all good and your application has been verified so do not worry about that.
