Hi everybody

wish everything goes well specially about your immigration matter.

i'm a F2a filer and my case was completed in OCT 2012. my PD is Apr 2011 which suppose to be current within 5-6 month. since my wife's income was not enough to be my sponsor alone i found a cosponsor and he sent all required documents with his last 3 years tax return (2009,2010,2011) to NVC and the case got completed. now my question or i'd better say my concern is about his 2012 tax return. do we need to get his 2012 tax return or not? because i doubt that he will give it to me or not? actually he didn't give his tax returns to me and just sent them to NVC by his own but this time is a little bit different because i have to take it to embassy at interview time. how do you guys think? will embassy want me to submit my joint sponsor 2012 tax return at interview? do i have another choice if he won't tend to give it to me? isn't my wife's 2012 tax return enough?

thank you all
