Dear all,

I would greatly appreciate your advise on this.

I am a mother of US citizen (who is over 21 y.o.) He applied for me and I received my green card in summer 2011. Then, I applied for my daughter, who was under 21 at the time of petition. Her case was completed in USCIS after 90 days in January 2012. Her case (f2a) will become current in Spring 2014, on which my daughter will become older than 21 and her case will be under f2s.

Does anyone know if I can change her priority date, which was originally 21Oct2011 to mine which was spring 2007? This case under f2b and priority date in spring 2007 her case will become current in 2015 based on Child Status Protection Act (CSPA).

The following website said it does not applied to her case because I received my visa as a parent of a US citizen.

Thank you very much in advance for clarifications!!!

A PD cannot be changed.

Also, you were petitioned as an Immediate Relative which precludes any benefits to your daughter. Your case has nothing to do with her.

Your daughter will age out into the F2a and CSPA cannot help if her PD is not current when she turns 21 + 90 days.

Will she age out into f2a or f2b? Thanks
