My wife had interview in mid october and issued 221 for ongoing relationship proof. Submitted documents in nov. Got phone Interview in december and visa issued in first week jan.

yeah we are at 90 days of AP we dont have to submit anything and they kept our passport... we are getting same answer everyday ADMIN processing, called DOS they say the same thing there is no time limit.. this is something rediculous because we dont even have a reason to be waiting...

we haven't heard back anything either. After reading about your case its scaring me. This is so depressing. My cousin had a denied k1 visa but got her spousal visa no issues. My bhabi has never been to states, no visa denied, nothing and she is in ap. I hate this.

Ihave got senator reply .......but its same that ur case is in ap.....nothing helps....just wait wait n wait

Fb1 visa ....interview at delhi on 4 dec..... 221 for rashancard,votercard......submited on 6dec..... Got my passport back without visa on 18dec witha letter stats that ur case s under ap and now almost 3 months over .....still ap.... Got senator and congressman involved but they also replied with same..... Wait for 6 weeks more ..ur under ap.......god knows wht to do..... Wait waitn wait

3 months over.... Starting of 4th month...... Case still in AP....... Is there anyone lucky who his case cleared from ap and got the visa.......??????

Ap over exactly in 3 months 11 days from date of interview, it took 5 days after that to get a letter from embassy to submit passport...... Now waiting for the approval......hope this process will b over soon

Finaly with Gods grace my visa is issued today and hopefuly i will get my passport with visa with in 2 or 3 days,,,, here is my timeline

Doc submited : 8 dec

Case put in AP: 12 dec

Case status change to ready : 12 march

status from ready to AP again :21 march

Status from AP to ISSUE :21 march 2013
