For I864W part 3 got REF for putting my petitioner name for minor child

Well, I just got REF for writing my name, the petitioner, in "part 3 Concluding provision" of I864W for my minor child of USC? The REF instructed me to say " I, (the beneficiary's name), certify under......???

I thought that question seem to be directed to the petitioner, but here I am told to change it to the the beneficiary name and resubmit a new and completed I864W with bar-coded cover sheet on top?? Where did I go wrong? Is there anyone who has been Please help.

The form seems quite clear in that it is an Intending Immigrant's Affidavit of Support Exemption (emphasis mine).

It should be completed and named for the beneficiary.

I had to agree with you, but I thought it was me, as petitioner, who filled out the form on behalf of my minor child, 2 years old, and thought I was the one who supposed to take responsibility since I had to sign the form on behalf of my child as well? But I agree with you as I knew somehow NVC had to be right. Thank you for the reply.
