Help! Trying to finish packet tonight to mail tomorrow!!!!

I have a couple questions:

1. Where does she sign the G-325A? I can't seem to find a signature spot on it anywhere, am I blind?

2. For the I-864, I'm sending 6 months paystubs, this years tax return + w-2's + 1099's. It says the previous years tax transcripts are optional. I'm ok with that I assume? I also have a letter from my employer showing this year I'm make enough too.

3. On the K-1 AOS tips page: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1aos it says to include a copy of her divorce decree + translations? I haven't seen this in the guide at all and the first I heard of it. We are including the new marriage certificate, which should trump that because it was all ready vetted coming into the country. Right?

Anything else you'd recommend?

05/15/2013: Emailed embassy BEGGING them to let boys drop off passports for visa insertion. IT WORKED!!!

06/02/2013: POE JFK!!!!!!

The divorce certificate doesn't make sense to me because it was given in person to the embassy and had to be proved that she was divorced before she could get the K1.

The tax transcripts also were given at the embassy, plus the form says "optional". I can't get the forms because my new return still hasn't processed yet and my old address is unaccessable (it was a private mailbox, USPS doesn't allow mail forwards) so it would take the 6-8 weeks before my paper file gets processed and I can get the old transcripts. Since it says it's optional and I have prooven income above the poverty level for 2012 and 2013, I don't think it'll be an issue, plus if they really want it, they have my returns transcripts that I provided previously.

You only need to send in the copy of your complete return for the most recent year. What you stated you were sending in your first post is fine. Just make sure to include all forms, schedules, W-2s and/or 1099s. You only need to list the income from the other 2 years on #25 of the form where it asks.

The divorce decree is not needed when adjusting from a K-1. You may want to translate it and have it ready to take with you to an interview, if you should have one, just in case.

I also had a similar question to this. I am about 90 percent ready to file and I am wondering if we should include multiple G-1145 forms for the I-485, I-130, I-765 etc.. or will one suffice (we are planning on submitting everything together)? Not trying to hijack your thread dstrausser, sorry if it seems that way!

Well I only made one copy, so I hope that works. Realistically, they can make copies if needed that bad. I don't see why they couldn't. Everything is technically located in the packet. So I'm pretty sure they can reference the I-94 from the I-485 app if needed and so forth.

They are all separate applications but filed together at the same time, same address. They will all have their own separate case numbers.

Each form needs its own documents, so even if you have to duplicate something, do so. For instance, each form needs 2 passport photos, so you will need to send 6 total. See Vanessa&Tony's AOS guide. Depends on who processes your files. I have seen people approved with only 2 passport photos and one copy of things, and I have seen people get an RFE for only sending 2 passport photos instead of 6. You will just have to wait and see and hope for the best.
