i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont know wat to do im confused about this whole vaccination supplement an i -63a form thing for my aos can someone explain to me what i need to do exactly ( mind u i just had a medical one for my k3 visa in septmeber)

what do i need to show the civil surgeon so i dont have to do or pay for another medical?

first off... fill in your timeline so we know where your up too.

have you already filed AOS or just getting ready?

With the Vaccination supplement (I 693a) here in the States, if you send in your original from your first medical you may or may not receive an RFE for the I693a, some do some dont... I did not send a I693a in with my appliction but I have had all shots etc related to this proces noted on my previous vacination record. I have not yet received an RFE for the I693a, but I have not yet completed my AOS either so it could still happen.

If you wish to play it safe, take to the CS your original vaccination record and get that copied accross... this can range in price from free to a squillion dollars...shop around in your area.

Do a search for civil surgeons locator on the USCIS website... that address was too long to post...

you do not need a new medical done as yours was done within the year, make sure when you ph the cs that they are aware of this as some insist on a new full medical (avoid these)
