Hello, I was wondering if I need to file the form I-693 for the medical examination ( I'm following this guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos )

and there it says that if you are a k1 visa holder, you do not need to have another medical examination as long as you're filling within 1 year of your overseas medical examination.

I didn't take any shots, the doctor said I had them all, that means I don't need the transcript from the I-693 I believe, correct me if I'm wrong.

I do not know if I need to fill anything at all from the I-693, so I need some guiding, I'm a bit lost over this form, Thank you very much :)

The doctor would have filled out a form and given it to you, I believe it was the DS-3025. As long as you have had the medical done within a year and it was fully filled out by the doctor at the time then you can make a copy of that and submit it with your AOS packet.

We didn't include the I-693 but rather the copy of the DS-3025 fully filled out from the doctor in Costa Rica and so far we haven't had any problems. We didn't get any RFEs for not including the I-693 and our green card interview is Feb. 20, 2013 so I would say you should be fine doing it that way.

The flu shot is required during flu season (Oct.- Mar.) You will not have to get a new medical, but you may need to get any missing shots and have your vaccinations transcribed onto an I-693 by a civil surgeon. There are many many posts on this topic.

This post gives you details of how your DS-3025 needed to be filled out in order to skip the civil surgeon: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/335754-ds-3025-complete-or-not/page__view__findpost__p__4971318
