It really depends. Some people get it the next day, some by the second day, third, etc.

Everything went perfect at my husband's interview and it took them three business days and a weekend.

(Example: His interview was 7am Thursday Oct 18th, Visa was ready for pick up at 5:30pm Monday Oct 22nd, flew in the 23rd.)

It's not something you can plan with extreme precision, unfortunately.

My fiance had his interview on a Thursday, and his visa was ready for pickup in the city where he lived by Tuesday afternoon. At the interview, they told him it should arrive in a week. But, I agree with the Alex&Manny. It's hard to know exactly when it'll come. Good luck!
